Note
  • Possession period: 24 months from the commencement of work
  • Commencement and timely execution of the project is subject to all necessary approval from relevant govt, authorities, occurance of natural calamities of any other external factors beyond developers’ control
  • Government levies like stamp duty, registration charges, legal charges, service tax, vat and any other additional charge to be borne by the members
  • All other charges = AEC & AMC charges + running maintenance
