Project Payment Plan - Shanti Pujya
- Internal changes shall be allowed with permission & shall be charged extra in advance
- Changes in external elevation shall not be permitted
- All rights reserved by organizer to make any changes in plan , elevation and other details therein to comply with statutory regulations which shall be binding to all the members
- Stamp duty, Registration Fees. Services Tax, Vat elc. as applicable to be borne by the members as actual
- Maintenance Deposit shall be taken in advance. Any additional liabilities due to charge in the bylaws, stamp duty
- Govt.Laws shall be borne by the members
- Furniture and fixture shown are only for indication of the arrangement. They are vol to be provided
- The Boucher is not a part of legal document

- Payment on booking: 15% of unit price

- Commencement and timely execution of the project is subject to all necessary approval from relevant govt, authorities, occurance of natural calamities of any other external factors beyond developers’ control
- Government levies like stamp duty, registration charges, legal charges, service tax, vat and any other additional charge to be borne by the members
- All other charges = AEC & AMC charges + running maintenance
