• Structure: RCC Framed Structure
• Super Structure: Black masonry with well burnt regular bricks in 9" & 4 1/4 thick
• Doors & Windows: Front door with teak wood. Flush doors with teak frames are provided inside
• Flooring: Vitrified tiles inside the flat. Tile/CC flooring in parking areas and rendering for open terrace
• Kitchen: Granite kitchen platform with stainless steel sink and glazed cladding up to 2' height
• Toilets: Non-slip tile flooring, wall tiling up to 6' 6" height. IWC in attached toilets and good quality CP fittings are provided.
• Painting: Internal walls are finished smoothly with luppam and painted with emulsion paints. External walls are finished with 2 coats
